Definitions
- “App” refers to Easy Drive.
- “Company” refers to Easy Drive Technologies, Inc., the owner of the App.
- “User” refers to any individual who downloads, registers, or uses the App.
- “Passenger” refers to any User who requests and receives private chauffeuring services through the App.
Acceptance of Terms
By using the App, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Eligibility
- Users must be at least 18 years old.
- Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- Users must update their information as necessary.
Passenger Responsibilities
- Accurate Information: Passengers must provide accurate and complete information when using the App.
- Payment Completion: Payment must be completed at the end of each ride.
- Compliance: Passengers must comply with all applicable laws while using the App.
Payment Information
- Accepted Methods: Payment methods accepted include cash.
- Service Fees: Passengers will be charged a service fee on their next ride equivalent to the cost of the ride if they do not show up on driver arrival or if they cancel after the driver has accepted the ride.
User Data
- Data Collection: Passenger data is collected and stored in their accounts on their apps and securely logged on our secured servers.
- Data Deletion: Passengers can delete or deactivate their account, which will delete their information.
- Data Use: Passenger data is used to provide and improve our services.
Dispute Resolution
- Handling Disputes: Disputes between passengers and drivers are handled by the operations center.
- Resolution Process: Passengers can contact operations at ops@easydrive-services.com to resolve disputes.
Liability
- No Liability: The Company holds no liability for accidents, damages, or other issues. Passengers agree to this upon account creation.

Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes through the App. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Responsibilities
- App Usage:
- Do not share your app details with anyone other than authorized representatives of Easy Drive.
- Conduct and Performance:
- The expected standards of conduct and performance for chauffeurs are discussed in person during the recruitment process. Failure to adhere to these standards may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
Compensation and Payments
- Compensation:
- The terms of compensation, including any fees or commissions deducted from earnings, are discussed in person during the recruitment process.
- Payment Schedule:
- The payment schedule is discussed in person and outlined in your employment contract.
Insurance and Liability
- Insurance Coverage:
- The required insurance coverage is discussed in person during the recruitment process.
- Liability:
- Easy Drive Technologies, Inc. assumes 100% responsibility for accidents or damages, with a deductible applied to the chauffeur’s earnings based on the fault of the incident.
Data Privacy
- Data Collection and Use:
- Chauffeur data is collected and used in the same manner as passenger data. This includes secure storage and use to provide and improve our services.
- Chauffeur Rights:
- Chauffeurs have the same rights regarding their data as passengers, including the right to access, delete, update, and deactivate their account. These rights can be exercised through the settings tab in the app.
