How Do Our 4 Preset Features Work?
Subscription Features & Limits
All subscriptions come with preset feature limits to ensure fair usage and a seamless experience. Below is a breakdown of key features included in each plan:
1) Monthly Ride Credits
Each subscription includes a fixed number of ride credits per month, which determines the maximum number of rides available.
2) Driver Accounts
Each subscription includes a set number of driver accounts. Every driver must have their own unique login credentials, as simultaneous logins on the same driver account are not permitted. If multiple drivers need access, they must either log out before another user signs in or have their own assigned account.
3) Passenger Accounts
All passenger accounts are managed under a single email address entered at checkout, which serves as the login for all passengers associated with your subscription. The number of devices that can access the app using this email depends on your chosen plan:
$49 plan → Log in on up to 100 devices using the same email and password.
Higher-tier plans → Increased device login limits based on the subscription level.
This setup provides a simple and secure way to manage passenger access. You can reset your password anytime within the app or by selecting “Forgot Password” on the login screen.
4) Technical Support Levels
Each subscription tier includes a specific level of technical support. By default, support is available via email, with response times ranging from 1 to 48 hours. We are also working on introducing additional support options, including Telegram and WhatsApp, for even faster assistance.
What can be expected from the iOS & Android Compatibility?
Our no-code app solution, EASY DRIVE, is compatible with both iOS and Android devices, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience for passengers. While all our app generally performs well, we recommend our Android Driver and Passenger App for better functionality and reliability.
The Android Driver App offers improved responsiveness, better notification support, and allows drivers to multitask freely. In contrast, the iOS Driver App does not send notifications when drivers receive orders and requires drivers to stay within the app to remain available for bookings, limiting multitasking capabilities. Additionally, the iOS Passenger App may sometimes stall during ride phases, requiring users to close and reopen it when drivers arrive.
Our app has been developed by experienced teams in Canada and India, and in some cases, the iOS app version may briefly display a location in India due to its development environment. This does not affect ride accuracy or functionality, and we are continuously refining our iOS app to ensure the best user experience.
We’re actively working to improve our applications to address these issues and enhance the overall experience. For the best performance and reliability, we recommend using our Android app.
Which Language(s) is the Software Offered in?
Currently, EASY DRIVE is available exclusively in English. However, we are actively working to introduce additional language options in the near future.
What Do We Mean by "Private Service"?
When we say “private service,” we mean that each client is provided with their own set of login credentials for both driver and passenger accounts. Drivers added under a client’s account will only be able to accept ride requests that match the specific vehicle type assigned to that client, which helps keep the service organized and secure.
That said, please be aware that within the app, vehicle types from other EASY DRIVE clients in the same city may also appear—provided those clients have active subscriptions. This means passengers might see multiple vehicle types from different clients in the same area and could potentially book a ride with any of them.
To help reduce confusion, we assign passenger accounts names that clearly reflect the client’s brand or operation. This way, when a driver receives a ride request, they can easily identify whether it’s coming from their company’s passengers and choose whether or not to accept the trip.
While this system provides a reasonable level of separation between clients, we understand it’s not fully exclusive. We’re actively working on updates to make the service more tailored and private for each client’s needs.
Is a Free Trial Available?
Yes, we do offer a free trial exclusively for our Basic plan.
Given the hands-on nature of our service, each private ridesharing system is custom-built to align with your specific requirements. As a result, free trials are not available for our higher-tier plans, which involve a more comprehensive and personalized setup process from the outset.
Can I Upgrade, Downgrade, or Cancel my Subscription?
Yes, modifications and cancellations are allowed.
If you choose to upgrade, you’ll be charged the difference between your current plan and the new subscription for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades incur no additional fees and take effect from the next billing period. For cancellations, there are no charges, and your service will remain active for 1 to 48 hours after your request.
Do the Monthly Preset Features Carry Over?
No, they don’t.
Unused monthly preset features do not roll over to the following month. If you don’t use your full allocation within a billing period, the remaining key elements cannot be carried forward. However, you can manually renew your subscription allocation in your My Account dashboard to have access to all your elements.
What Are "Vehicle Types"?
Vehicle types are the images displayed in your app to represent the vehicles available to your clients. During checkout, you can select your preferred vehicle images from the options below. If no selection is made, a default sedan image will be assigned. You can choose from:

How Does Billing Work?
Billing is fully automated and occurs on a monthly basis via Stripe. Simply ensure that you have a valid debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.) on file, and your payment will be processed on or within a few days of your billing date. You can update your billing details at any time through your account settings.
