“Services” refer to all consulting, digital, and strategic services provided by EDTI through its website or by direct engagement.

“Client” refers to any individual or organization that engages with EDTI services.

By using our Services, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use immediately.

3. Eligibility & Use
B2C and B2B Services – EDTI offers services to individuals, entrepreneurs, and organizations. All users must be at least 18 years of age.

Account Responsibility – Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and all activities that occur under their account.

Fair Use – Our services must not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, or unethical purposes.

4. Payment & Refund Policy
Payments – We accept payments via major credit and debit cards. All fees are due upon invoice unless otherwise specified.

Subscriptions – Some services may require recurring payments. Clients will be notified of these in advance.

Refunds – All payments are final. We do not offer refunds once a service has been initiated or delivered unless agreed upon in writing.

5. Intellectual Property
All content, tools, strategies, and deliverables provided by EDTI remain the intellectual property of the Company unless explicitly transferred in writing.

Clients may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute our materials without permission.

6. Data & Privacy
By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. EDTI collects only what is necessary to deliver services and improve user experience.

7. Unacceptable Use
You may not use EDTI services for:

Fraudulent or deceptive practices

Harassment or abuse

Copying or misrepresenting intellectual property

Posting offensive or harmful content

Violating any applicable laws

EDTI reserves the right to suspend accounts violating these conditions.

8. Dispute Resolution
Mediation First – Disputes will be subject to mediation before any formal arbitration.

Arbitration – Unresolved matters will be settled by binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada.

Exceptions – Legal actions regarding intellectual property or injunctive relief may be pursued in court.

9. Limited Liability
Services are provided “as is” without warranties or guarantees.

EDTI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service use.

Clients are solely responsible for decisions made using insights or tools provided by EDTI.

10. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold EDTI, its staff, and affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

Breach of these Terms

Unauthorized use of materials

Misrepresentation of identity or business

12. Force Majeure
EDTI is not responsible for service delays or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, power outages, or internet disruptions.

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

14. Updates to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of any changes. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
