All subscriptions come with preset feature limits to ensure fair usage and a seamless experience. Below is a breakdown of key features included in each plan:

1) Monthly Ride Credits
Each subscription includes a fixed number of ride credits per month, which determines the maximum number of rides available.

2) Driver Accounts
Each subscription includes a set number of driver accounts. Every driver must have their own unique login credentials, as simultaneous logins on the same driver account are not permitted. If multiple drivers need access, they must either log out before another user signs in or have their own assigned account.

3) Passenger Accounts
All passenger accounts are managed under a single email address entered at checkout, which serves as the login for all passengers associated with your subscription. The number of devices that can access the app using this email depends on your chosen plan:

$49 plan → Log in on up to 100 devices using the same email and password.

Higher-tier plans → Increased device login limits based on the subscription level.

This setup provides a simple and secure way to manage passenger access. You can reset your password anytime within the app or by selecting “Forgot Password” on the login screen.

4) Technical Support Levels
Each subscription tier includes a specific level of technical support. By default, support is available via email, with response times ranging from 1 to 48 hours. We are also working on introducing additional support options, including Telegram and WhatsApp, for even faster assistance.

1)  iOS and Android Compatibility
Our ridesharing app is compatible with both iOS and Android devices, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience for passengers. While all our app generally performs well, we recommend our Android Driver and Passenger App for better functionality and reliability

The Android Driver App offers improved responsiveness, better notification support, and allows drivers to multitask freely. In contrast, the iOS Driver App does not send notifications when drivers receive orders and requires drivers to stay within the app to remain available for bookings, limiting multitasking capabilities. Additionally, the iOS Passenger App may sometimes stall during ride phases, requiring users to close and reopen it when drivers arrive

We’re actively working to improve our iOS app to address these issues and enhance the overall experience. For the best performance and reliability, we recommend using our Android app

Plan your trips in advance with our easy-to-use calendar booking feature, ensuring a ride is always ready when you need it

The Order Process : A Step-by-Step Guide

Clients choose a Subscription Plan, and  sign up for a Client Portal Account, choose their operating region, in-app listing name and vehicle type image during checkout. Clients receive a  confirmation email within 1 to 5 Minutes.

Clients receive an email with Temporary Login Credentials to download and access the app-based software on iOS or Android, to view a Static Preview of the app while our team completes their custom setup.

Our team begins  the Clients’ Private Rideshare Service Setup, tailored to their specific requirements. The process takes 1 to 48 Hours, ensuring all features meet the Client’s needs. 

Once the system is complete, clients receive an email with Final Login Credentials, granting them full access to their Private Rideshare, where they can manage drivers, passengers, and system settings.
